A culinary school graduate and former certified sommelier, Michael founded Manager Meal Media to blend marketing strategy with hospitality, elevating restaurants. He has worked with top establishments like Union Square Hospitality Group, Atoboy, Fung Tu, Chipotle, and local Long Island pizzerias.

With 100K+ personal social media followers and expertise in video content, he blends culinary passion with innovative marketing. His experience includes WPP’s UPS Global Account and consulting 60+ restaurant owners at Popmenu, leading social media, SEO, email, SMS, and influencer strategies.

During the pandemic, he launched a pop-up bakery, taught virtual cooking, and documented his Chinese grandmother’s recipes on Tiktok and Youtube—highlighting storytelling in food. His mission: help restaurants connect with customers through authentic marketing.
